Austin is the founder of Elite Dental Manufacturing with fourteen years of hands-on experience in both clinical and high volume lab environments. He has led digital teams, overseen more than fifty technicians, and scaled the crown and bridge department at Denver Dental Arts. Trained under master technician Harry Bruno, Austin combines deep technical skill with operational discipline to deliver micron level accuracy and predictable full arch outcomes.

He helps practices implement digital workflows, add milling equipment, and train clinical teams so restorations arrive like jewelry.

The journey

Austin's journey in the dental industry spans years of hands-on experience, from leading digital teams in large commercial laboratories to overseeing more than 50 technicians. He had the privilege of spearheading the creation and growth of the Crown & Bridge Department at Denver Dental Arts under the leadership of Genaro Camarillo, as well as serving as Head of the CAD/CAM Department at Georgia Dental Laboratories, owned by Gary and Don Killgo. He further expanded his expertise as Head of Mustardseed Dental Studio's CAD/CAM department with Dr. Geoff Sheen and as Full-Arch Designer for Bullard Dental with Dr. Jonathan Bullard.

His career began in a small in-house clinical lab, where he received invaluable mentorship from master technician Harry Bruno. These diverse experiences gave him the ability to develop innovative strategies to optimize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the standard of care for patients.

Today, as the Founder of Elite Dental Manufacturing, Austin continues to push the boundaries of digital dentistry. Our mission is to advance full-arch restorations that deliver the highest levels of accuracy, functionality, and patient satisfaction.
